This all-levels class blends dance, intentional movement, and playful performance elements to help you connect with your body and embrace your unique style. Through guided exercises, musicality, and flowing combinations, you'll explore embodiment, creativity, and authentic self-expression in a welcoming, supportive environment. No dance experience is required—whether you're stepping into your first class or looking to deepen your movement practice, Burlesque Flow invites you to move with confidence, curiosity, and joy. Come as you are and leave feeling empowered, expressive, and connected to yourself.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations up to 12 hours prior to a class's start time. Students paying with a plan will have their credit automatically refunded. Cash students may request either studio credit or a refund. If you cancel a class less than 12 hours prior to the class's start time or fail to attend without cancelling, you will not be refunded. Students with All Access Memberships who cancel less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time or fail to attend without cancelling may be charged a $10 no-show fee.
