Join us for a confidence-building Heels Workshop in honor of Women’s History Month, designed to celebrate and uplift. This is more than just a class—it’s a space to reconnect with your strength, your movement, and your presence.

This extended workshop format allows dancers the time and space to truly settle in. We’ll move through foundational heels technique, allowing you to build control and intention, and finish with a short combination that lets you embody everything you’ve learned.

Whether you’re brand new to heels or returning to refine your style, this class is designed for all levels. Our goal is simple: that you leave feeling grounded, confident, and empowered in your movement.
