We review studio rental requests promptly and usually within 24 hours.

If the request is approved, you will receive an invoice for the full amount, payable in full one week prior to the reservation. Once the invoice has been paid, your reservation is confirmed and non-refundable. If you would like to set up an alternative payment arrangement, please email us at info@levelupdancestudio.com.

You will receive directions on how to access the studio, how to use the sound equipment, and how to contact us via email once the invoice has been paid. Use of the studio's facilities, including the sound system, folding tables, and chairs is included in your rental fee. We ask that you return any items that you use to the place where you originally found them. Food and drink are permitted but you are required to clean up any spills and take any food-related trash to the dumpster when you leave.

We ask that you treat the studio with respect and take care not to damage anything. We do not currently require a security deposit but if anything is damaged as a result of your rental, we reserve the right to require payment and/or take any appropriate legal action.
