Join our energizing dance fitness class where fitness, cardio, and toning meets fun! You'll groove to upbeat music while learning easy-to-follow dance moves that will keep you moving and sweating. Perfect for all fitness levels, our classes are designed to boost your mood and improve your cardiovascular health. Come and shake it off with us – let's dance our way to fitness together! Recommended Attire: Clothing that doesn’t restrain your movement and clean street sneakers or jazz shoes.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations up to 12 hours prior to a class's start time. Students paying with a plan will have their credit automatically refunded. Cash students may request either studio credit or a refund. If you cancel a class less than 12 hours prior to the class's start time or fail to attend without cancelling, you will not be refunded. Students with All Access Memberships who cancel less than 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time or fail to attend without cancelling may be charged a $10 no-show fee.
